small business management

this will likely rank as most boring post ever, but i need to make it. don’t worry, the following post will be much better.
i need suggestions for small business management software. nothing super fancy or over the top, but it would be nice to use something we can grow with. and, of course, it needs to be for Mac OS X.
things we’d use it for
- scheduling and bookings
- finances
- email correspondences (this is a big one, as we sometimes are left to dig around for old emails)
- contact management
was that vague enough? good. hopefully someone can give me some good insight on solid, Mac-based software.

Ok, I can understand the urge. However, Google has products for all of the needs in your list….
