day one… kinda’
so we’re now in Orlando for vacation! hooray!
we left the house with Jac’s family around 5.30am & caravanned down in two vehicles: Rose/Jim/RML in the Suburban, Jac/Jenna/Kevin/me in the Jeep. the hugest concern was RML on such a long drive, and ya know what? she did absolutely fantastic. like, damn near perfect. one thing of note: unbeknownst to me, i sat on Jenna’s sandwich for over an hour while driving. oops.
anywho! not much else to report for now. we’re still getting settled in to the rental home. all the other “adults” (except Kevin) have taken off for various stores for supplies. right now, its me, a sleeping RML, and a snoozing Kevin in the other room. the rest of tonight will be relaxation time… basically the same for tomorrow. as far as i know, there’s nothing really on the docket. the fun really starts Monday.
